I was driving down telegraph the other day and saw that a arctic cat dealer that was called finish line or maybe starting line was gone. Anybody know what happened? I now they pulled a number on a newbie I know but other than that I havent heard anything bad about them. This dealership was at ann arbor trail and telegraph in Dearborn heights. The place was maybe 3yrs old.

I hated the place...won't ever step foot in there again. NO MATTER where they are now.

after the number they pulled on this newbie, I agree. He brought his sled in to them in early October. Said their was an issue with the the electric start. He changed the battery but wouldn't turn over . But you could jump start it with a battery charger. They had his sled for a month. every time he called they said they couldn't get to it because they were to busy assembling new sleds. So right there that told me all they're concerned about is new customers and not repeat customers. Turns out after a month and a half and the guy having to bitch to the owner, his problem was just a blown fuse. a 15 cent item. They had the never to charge him for an hour and a half labor. Now any decent business man wouldn't have charge him a dime just for the inconvenience and hoping for repeat business. Remember this was a brand new company at the time. Later found out that there only one certified master cat mechanic in the shop but they had like three kids working on sleds. So I dint know if the master mechanic is working on the sleds or the kids and he was just signing off on their work.

The old shop at Telegraph is closed and they moved to 7 mile and middlebelt.
The new shop is much nicer---we bought an 05 F7 there and never had any problems---couldn't give any info on how they run the business.

well, this goes hand in hand with the news I heard last night from snow gladiator,, seems a guy from Ohio had finish line ship him a sled assembled and supposedly ''tuned'' to upstate New York to his destination,, long story short, one thing after another,, they will not remain open long, they're being seriously mis-managed it sounds like
