Mac and Cheese - mmmmm

Stick butter
Flour
milk
8-16oz blocks cheese (I used chedder but use your fave)
can whole tomatos - optional and use big or small deending on yur love of tomato
salt and pepper
garli salt
1 box cooked elbow macaroni - 16oz
buttered bread chunks or brad crumbs

Melt the stick of butter in a sauce pan and add 3-5 tablespoons of flour (I mean the ones you eat with not the measuring spoons) Misture should look like paste. Add milk - prolly 1/4 of a quart of milk and use a whisk to make smooth. Keep adding milk until misture is thick but able to pour and add you cheese - blocks should be cut up or shredded. Add the salt pepper and garlic salt to taste ( to your liking) heat mixture on low for about 5 mins and then add to your cooked macaroni. (I use elbows but any kind can be used) Put in a baking dish.

slice the buttered bread into 1/4's and place on top of mac and cheese ot sprinkle bred crumbs over top. Bake at 350* for approx 35 mins or until bread chunks are crispy and golden brown.

Egotistical Snake Kabobs

~ 1 egotistical snake, cut into 5 - 8 sections
~ 1 bell pepper, cut into 5 - 8 sections
~ 1 red onion, cut into 5 - 8 sections
~ 1 bottle of A-1 sauce

Place egotistical snake sections onto a metal skewer with bell pepper and red onion sections between each section of snake.

With a brush, generously apply A-1 sauce to snake sections.

Place skewers over an open flame, preferably a campfire.

Cook for about 15 - 20 minutes rotating halfway every 3 - 5 minutes.

Serve and enjoy the newfound silence!
