Nice Looking car. Here is my car I've owned it since new. 2000 Grand am with a few mods. Unfortunally I've def out grown this car and despertly want to get rid of it. The time has come to stop burning rice and start burning muscle :beerchug:

dunno.gif I don't see a car anywhere? :smilielol:

Pictures don't do neither the car, or Smiley T any justice. div20.gif

What does it run in th 1/4 Ron?

Mustang Alley again this year? I'll be there again (with crew of 6 or more Stang buddys) for sure. Hopefully the rain will be a no show this year. angry.gif Maybe then we'll see 600+ Stangs in "The Alley".

The car didn't run what it should when I took it out the first time. 14:90. Not bad for a standard bore 289 Hi-po since they only ran 15:60 in 1966.

But it was on 7 cylinders. #5 valve lash was way out.

Now it is dialed in, the carbs sync'd and I took out the points for a Petronix. I estimate a 14:20 now. Sure it's not like a modern Mustang. But for 1966 that's haulin' ass. And since it's all stock, I am pleased.

The day we picked it up. 1967 GTA fastback, Guy got tired of the project and wanted it gone. He did most of the hard work.
