Time will tell how this one holds up. I am excited to beat on it and see.
I loved the REV and can't imagine this chassis being all that much better.
I would have been happy with a REV chassis with an 800R in it but that wasnt an option.

If it's as strong as they say it is, it'll be fine. Al said they had them out on the SnoCross tracks and they beat the snot out of them and they couldn't break them. I'm not talking about the 07 Open Mods either. I'm talking about the 08 TNT 600 and 800r X prototypes.
From what they were saying, the XP will put the rest of the industry 3-5 years behind, AGAIN!

X2 800r in a 440 skid. Like the XRS, but in a REAL 440 chassis. I was going to snow check an xrs 600 but I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Same with the Polaris 600RR. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to much money for a wanna be racer.

I was looking at a TNT yesterday after someone on DT was complaining about welds and they aren't the prettiest but since they are covered by the bodywork I'd rather have strong than pretty welds.
TNT really intrigues me as it's a couple grand less than an X and comes with the rebuildable shocks which I need, with a 1.25 track I might have pulled the trigger yesterday when I picked up my son's new sled.
Not only were these welds not pretty, but they looked like they wern't done very well. I've welded before myself, and I've been around lots of welders at work and around the car and sled hobby, and it looked like there was very little penetration in some of those welds.
TNT is definately A LOT of back for your buck. Suprised it didn't get SOTY insted of the 600h.o. Actually I"m suprised Yamahog didn't buy ANOTHER SOTY from SnowBlower.
